Job Opportunity

We seek a skilled GCP Data Engineer to lead the design and implementation of data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The successful candidate will have responsibility for creating scalable data storage solutions, optimizing data processing workflows, and ensuring data quality throughout the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Proficiency in BigQuery, Dataflow, and other GCP data services is also required.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing data storage solutions and optimizing data processing workflows.
  • Ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
  • Collaborating with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the health of the data infrastructure.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities are also essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Engineer with expertise in GCP.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Experience with BigQuery, Dataflow, and other GCP data services.
