Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced educator to join our team in delivering high-quality education to kindergarten students.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, Montessori training, and at least 2 years of experience in teaching early childhood learners.

As an educator, you will be responsible for creating a conducive learning environment, planning engaging lesson plans, and assessing student progress.

You will work closely with the management team to ensure that all curriculum requirements are met and that students receive excellent education.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Create a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum
  • Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians

Requirements:

  • A degree from a recognized institution
  • Montessori training or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in teaching early childhood students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
