Cloud Infrastructure Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Infrastructure Architect to design and implement cutting-edge hybrid and multi-cloud architectures. The successful candidate will drive cloud transformation projects, develop cloud governance and security frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Hybrid Cloud Architectures: Create and deploy hybrid cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP + OpenStack / KVM / Ceph) environments that meet business needs and ensure seamless integration between on-premises and cloud-based systems.
  • Lead Cloud Migration Initiatives: Plan and execute lift-and-shift, re-platforming, modernization, and hybrid deployment strategies for enterprise workloads.
  • Manage Multi-Hypervisor Environments: Design and implement multi-hypervisor environments (KVM, VMware, Hyper-V) that provide scalability, flexibility, and high availability.
  • Develop Cloud Governance Frameworks: Define and implement cloud governance, FinOps, and security compliance frameworks that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Integrate Software-Defined Storage: Integrate software-defined storage (Ceph, Object Storage) solutions that provide scale, performance, and data resiliency.
  • Build Multi-Cloud Architectures: Develop multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures that enable business agility, scalability, and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with DevOps & Security Teams: Work closely with DevOps and Security teams to develop cloud-native solutions (Docker, Kubernetes) that ensure secure and efficient application delivery.
  • Develop Infrastructure as Code: Develop Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, ARM) solutions that automate cloud resource provisioning, configuration, and management.
  • Ensure High Availability & Disaster Recovery: Design and implement HA, DR, and BCP strategies that ensure business continuity and minimize downtime.
  • Oversee Cloud Security Architecture: Develop and maintain cloud security architecture (IAM, encryption, segmentation, firewalls, ISO/SOC2/GDPR) that protects sensitive data and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor, Optimize & Troubleshoot Hybrid Environments: Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot hybrid environments (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) to ensure optimal performance and resource utilization.
Requirements:
  • 10–15 years of experience in cloud infrastructure & architecture
  • Strong expertise across public (AWS/Azure/GCP) and private (OpenStack/KVM) cloud stacks
  • Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, and multi-cloud security
  • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and mentoring skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and optimization capabilities
