Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to join our team.

  • This is a key role that will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance of various business systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems.
  • Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure high performance.
  • Take responsibility for team decisions and engage with multiple teams on key issues.
  • Provide solutions to problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Implement best practices for system maintenance.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance and system integrity.
Required Skills
  • Proficiency in Workday Adaptive Integrations is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of system integration processes.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Knowledge of system maintenance best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in conducting system audits.

Additional Information

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Adaptive Integrations required.
  • Good experience specifically in Adaptive integrations is expected.
  • This position is based at the Indore office.
