Infrastructure Specialist Job

Our company is seeking a highly skilled infrastructure specialist to join our Enterprise Mobility team.

We are passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and working in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows endpoint management, Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM), and PowerShell.

As an infrastructure specialist, you will be responsible for managing the Windows operating system, configuring devices, and providing support to users.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise mobility management (Windows).
  • Strong knowledge of SCCM, device lifecycle management, troubleshooting, remote management, and ServiceNow, PowerShell, Jira, Confluence.
  • Good understanding of Entra ID, Microsoft/Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in complex, large-scale environments.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as SME for Windows endpoint management capabilities.
  • Provide production support for Windows endpoint management in a geographically distributed environment.
  • Manage policy creation, task sequence creation, maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration profile development, OS updating, application packaging and management, endpoint security, and automate operational procedures and processes.
  • Research and recommend solutions to improve and streamline end-user and business experience.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Participate in projects and provide updates on scope, requirements, timelines, and priorities.
