Job Title:

Training and Development Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct classroom training on financial software, taxation, and Excel for accounting purposes
  • Deliver engaging sessions as per predefined syllabus to enhance student understanding and retention
  • Provide real-life case studies, practical examples, assignments, and assist students with practical doubts and soft skills related to job readiness
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Support in conducting demo sessions and student assessments to ensure comprehensive learning
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in teaching or hands-on working in financial software, taxation
  • Strong knowledge of taxation laws, financial regulations, and industry standards
  • Familiarity with latest version of financial software and good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Comfortable with flexible scheduling including weekend or evening batches
