Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to join our team at AccorHotel. As an Accounting Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify all transactions performed at the front desk, F&B outlets, and other operating departments to ensure they are supported by documentary evidence and signatures.
  • Perform end-of-day closing process, print out related reports, and balance outlet POS reports with PMS transaction reports.
  • Reset daily/monthly balance of each outlet, print out reports, and initiate the back-up process.
  • Prepare daily flash revenue report and ensure its timely distribution to management.
  • Charge Room Rate & Taxes to occupied rooms, ensure accurate payments, and rectify any discrepancies.
