Accounting Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Operations Manager to lead our team's financial activities. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and drive efficiency in month-end book closure.

About the Role

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, and collections.
  • Record and reconcile journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and handle GST, TDS compliance, and related filings.
  • Support audits, statutory compliance, and internal financial reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams for financial data accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in Zoho Books/Zoho Finance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably in a leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation (GST/TDS), and compliance, with proficiency in MS Excel and Zoho Books/Finance.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills, with strong organizational and communication skills.
