Senior Application Development Manager

Job Summary:
As a senior application development manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of software systems. Your responsibilities will include managing cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor junior developers in software development life cycles.
- Develop custom software solutions using a variety of programming languages and technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Perform code reviews and provide feedback to improve coding standards and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
Professional Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a software developer or technical lead.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Java, Python, and C#.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS and Azure.
- Experience with DevOps tools, including Jenkins and Docker.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
