We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Visual Designer to join our marketing team in Gurugram. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visual assets that engage our audience and increase user interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Design Team: Work closely with senior designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to create visual assets for various projects, including social media content, email campaigns, presentations, and print materials.
  • Design Creation: Assist in producing visual content (e.g., graphics, layouts, icons, banners, etc.) while ensuring brand consistency and high visual quality.
  • Branding and Visual Identity: Help maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring all designs reflect the company's visual identity and values.
  • Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Create basic motion graphics and video content for marketing, social media, and other digital platforms. Edit video clips, incorporate animations, and integrate motion design to enhance visual storytelling and engagement.
  • Adapt and Implement Feedback: Work iteratively, revising designs based on feedback from senior designers and other team members.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a design-related role, with a portfolio showcasing various design projects.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro), Figma, or other design tools.
  • Must be familiar with video editing and basic motion graphics design.
  • Basic knowledge of web and mobile design principles, including responsive design and user interface (UI) basics.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and with tight deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Ability to take direction and work within brand guidelines.
  • Communication: Proficiency in English, communicating efficiently with people from different regions. Ability to present design ideas and rationale to both design and non-design teams.
