Job Summary

At Mahindra, we seek a highly skilled Master Forger Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead press crews and drive productivity.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 6-9 years of experience in the forging industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing man power allocation and monitoring hourly output with quality.
  • Updating and verifying shop floor documents, including DM, 4M, drawings, OEE, shift log reports, and live documents.
  • Solving forging-related problems using smart methods.
  • Verifying first-piece pass-offs and monitoring hourly rejections.
  • Studying forging drawings, FMEA, maintenance, and tool room activities.
  • Handling shift meetings and implementing minimum IR issues.
  • Maintaining SAP knowledge and auto-transfer system expertise.
  • Developing inventory management skills and familiarity with forging tools and presses.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum.
