Job Title: Strategic Portfolio Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantitative Risk Modeler to join our organization. This role involves developing and maintaining multi-asset class analytics frameworks to support senior management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain multi-asset class analytics across all investment strategies, supporting the Office of the CIO.
  • Contribute to the development of multi-asset class content generation and centralized visualization tools for senior management.
  • Own the development of a quantitative framework for identifying, measuring, managing, and reporting multi-asset class analytics.
  • Perform portfolio performance measurement and analytics to inform management decisions.
  • Own a multi-asset class stress-testing framework, providing insights into key risk drivers to action management decisions.
  • Develop capital utilization and allocation models across portfolio manager teams.
  • Measure and manage cost of liquidation, as well as associated returns relative to constrained resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science or financial engineering.
  • Strong programming skills, prior experience with Python (Polars and/or Pandas).
  • Knowledge of mathematical and statistical analytics tools, including estimation of linear models and dimensionality reduction techniques.
  • Good presentation and communication skills, experience in preparing or participating presentations for senior management-style meetings.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in at least a compiled and statically typed language.Experience with Equity Factor Models, Principal Component Analysis, and performance analytics.Sense of responsibility and integrity, intellectual curiosity, and entrepreneurial mindset.
