In this highly technical role, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development and implementation of scalable software solutions. As a Support Engineer at Amazon, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of these solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

To be successful in this role, you will require a deep understanding of technology and data processing, with experience in tools such as Cradle, SQL, Ratchit, Quicksight, AWS technologies like Lambda, SQS, SNS, Dynamo DB, S3, Cloudwatch. You will also need to possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex technical systems.
