ETL Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced ETL Lead to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of our data integration processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL testing, data quality assurance, and data warehousing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ETL processes using tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, and AWS Glue.
  • Maintain and improve existing ETL processes to ensure high-quality data delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and develop solutions.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in ETL testing, data quality assurance, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data validation, querying, and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools.
  • Familiarity with data warehouse concepts, data models, and database management systems.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with large-scale data environments, data lakes, or cloud platforms.
  • Experience with BI reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell scripting) for test automation.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience integrating testing in DevOps environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
