Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced data analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis and modeling, with the ability to extract, interpret, and communicate insights from complex analyses.

About the Role

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, Economics, Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, or Data Science) from an accredited institution.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Healthcare analytics or secondary data analysis.
  • 5+ years of experience applying advanced statistical methods to large, complex datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with PySpark, Python, R, and SQL, as well as familiarity with platforms like Databricks.
  • Working knowledge of data visualization tools and proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience analyzing large longitudinal data sources and ability to extract, interpret, and communicate insights from complex analyses.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with proven expertise in handling large-scale secondary transactional databases.
  • Solid background in statistical analysis and modeling.
