Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned WordPress developer to spearhead the development of innovative websites. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, fluent in English, and skilled at turning designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web solutions.

The successful applicant will be responsible for translating designs into functional WordPress websites (themes, templates, and components), ensuring all websites are responsive, cross-browser compatible, and true to design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality WordPress websites that meet client expectations
  • Collaborate with a team to discuss requirements, clarify tasks, and deliver projects on time
  • Manage deployments, troubleshoot hosting/DNS/SSL issues, and ensure smooth launches
  • Debug, test, and fix errors efficiently while maintaining clean, modular code
  • Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals
  • Work with plugins, integrations, and occasional custom development (PHP/MySQL, APIs)
Requirements & Skills

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, native-level English (spoken & written) for clear communication, and strong problem-solving skills — able to debug issues without micromanagement.

  • Strong proficiency with WordPress (themes, child themes, plugins, custom post types)
  • Basic proficiency in Drupal Commerce
  • Skilled in HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, MySQL
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Jira)
  • Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, or Gutenberg)
