\System Specialist for Control Systems\

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and support control systems, focusing on Allen Bradley PLCs and AVEVA SCADA platforms. The role involves system troubleshooting, maintenance, programming, diagnostics, and coordination with OEMs and IT teams to ensure high availability and performance of the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PLC Programming: Develop and implement PLC programs for automation systems using industry-standard PLC platforms. Strong background in Allen Bradley is required.\
  • System Integration: Design, configure, and integrate PLC systems with other automation components such as sensors, drives, HMI, SCADA, and IO modules.\
  • Troubleshooting Debugging: Identify and resolve issues related to PLC SCADA programs, logic, hardware, and communication between systems.\
  • Configuring and Troubleshooting: Perform system integration testing and validation of migrated SCADA systems, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SCADA system migration, design, configure, and develop HMI SCADA applications.\
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support during the installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases of projects, offer ongoing support to clients for troubleshooting and maintenance of PLC SCADA systems.\

    • 5-10 years of experience in OT system specialist control system engineer roles.\
    • Strong background in PLC programming, system integration, troubleshooting debugging, configuring and troubleshooting, and technical support.\
    • Hands-on experience in PLC, Allen Bradley, SCADA, and PLC languages.\
    • Knowledge of communication protocols and OPC Kepware Configuration.\

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in PLC, Allen Bradley, SCADA, and PLC languages (Ladder logic, FBD, STL, structured text). Knowledge of communication protocols (PROFINET, PROFIBUS, DNP3, Modbus, Modbus TCP/IP, and Ethernet IP) and OPC Kepware Configuration is also required. Familiarity with database and VBScripting is a plus.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting control systems, ensuring high availability and performance of the system. You will work closely with OEMs and IT teams to identify and resolve issues related to PLC SCADA programs, logic, hardware, and communication between systems.
