Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst - GBS Procurement to join our team in Coimbatore, India. As a key member of our global procurement operations, you will be responsible for managing the entire purchasing cycle, from purchase requisition to supplier payment coordination.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with internal business partners, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage C-class items procurement activities, including PR to PO, sending PO to suppliers, and PO confirmation.
  • Coordinate with vendors for actual delivery status of material and resolve receiving challenges.
  • Maintain inventory levels to optimize site requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal business partners and suppliers for Purchase Order changes.
  • Manage Supplier database, including Shortage, excess escalation management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, or equivalent.
  • 0-1 year of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related field.
  • Knowledge of computer software applications, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
