Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and execute an IT strategy aligned with the company's objectives for drone development, operations, and after-sale support.
  • Oversee the development and integration of complex hardware and software solutions, focusing on embedded systems and drone flight controls.
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal departments (R&D, Engineering, Customer Service) to ensure business strategy, embedded systems, and IT are in sync.
  • Lead the IT team to ensure successful project completion, high performance standards, and ongoing advancement.
  • Monitor and manage IT budgets.

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of experience in IT.
  • Qualifications: MCA, MBA-IT, B.E., or B.Tech (CSC/IT/EE).
  • Relevant certifications: Salesforce, Dot Net, MS SQL, or IS ISMS.

Work Environment:

Chennai, WFO.
