About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional Engineering Director to spearhead our software development efforts. As a seasoned leader, you will oversee a team of skilled engineers, driving the creation of robust and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and implement large-scale software projects, leveraging expertise in Java, Golang, and Microservices Architecture.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software products, ensuring adherence to coding standards, testing, and deployment best practices.
  • Mentor junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration throughout the team.
  • Establish partnerships with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for technical growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps principles.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems (Git).
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards shared goals.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree from a reputable institution is highly desirable.
