We are seeking a Digital Content Manager to develop and execute digital content strategies, manage channels, create engaging content, and analyze performance metrics.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with the marketing team, monitoring trends, responding to audience interactions, and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Digital Content Manager in B2B SaaS, tech, or procurement, excellent copywriting skills, familiarity with Canva, and a deep understanding of social media platforms for B2B engagement.

Additional qualifications include data-driven mindset, experience using analytics tools, and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams.

  • Develop a comprehensive digital content strategy that positions our company as a thought leader in AI-driven procurement.
  • Build a strong, consistent brand voice across Twitter, X, and other relevant channels.
  • Plan a monthly content calendar aligned with product launches, events, and industry trends.
  • Create scroll-stopping, educational carousels and posts on procurement best practices, AI use cases, and sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to amplify product updates, customer stories, and blog content.
  • Experiment with video snippets, short-form insights, and interactive posts to drive engagement.
  • Engage with procurement professionals, industry influencers, and potential customers in comment threads and discussions.
  • Monitor relevant hashtags, groups, and conversations to surface industry insights.
  • Support executives in building their personal presence (ghostwriting posts, repurposing content).
  • Track and report on key metrics (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, click-through).
  • Identify which content formats resonate most with procurement audiences and iterate based on performance data.
  • A/B test carousel designs, posting times, and messaging to maximize impact.
