We're looking for a skilled content strategist to join our team.

As a key player in our success, you'll work closely with a leading beauty brand from Hindustan Unilever (HUL) to develop stunning and effective needs-based content and digital media campaigns.

This is an exciting opportunity for a truly curious and entrepreneurial thinker to drive a 'mobile first' and short-form content agenda in line with Unilever Best Practice.

The successful candidate will:

  • Evaluate ideas and concepts against Unilever best practice, strategy frameworks, and mobile-first principles
  • Develop insights and strategic responses to briefs
  • Establish effective ways of working with U-Studio, Unilever internal teams, and specialist partners
  • Act as a content expert and advocate within U-Studio

You'll need strong content marketing experience, a passion for keeping up-to-date with trends and technological advances, and proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing strategic content that aligns with the client's goals and objectives

Evaluating content performance and making data-driven decisions

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content on time and within budget

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing

Sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues to drive innovation and excellence

Requirements:

Content Marketing Expertise: 3+ years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on developing and executing content strategies

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and clearly

Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems

Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals

Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
