Job Overview:

A critical role for an experienced professional is available in our company to lead the deployment process from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end IP plans that meet customer requirements.

This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal departments and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement end-to-end IP plans and develop communication and services that satisfy customer needs
  • Manage and support communication between internal engineering departments and the customer
  • Generate system documentation and equipment lists using relevant tools and processes
  • Collaborate with project managers to track progress, decisions, and changes
Scope of Responsibility:
  • Validate client needs and requirements against pre-sales design and Architecture Scope
  • Participate in design reviews in accordance with Technical process
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of IP & Transmission design, Motorola's public safety applications, solutions, and services as well as emerging trends within the industry
  • Provide technical support for the deployment of the project
  • Detect and resolve deviations from the design in a timely manner
  • Participate in project reviews and identify risks, issues, and lessons learned
Requirements:
  • Graduate engineer from an accredited college or university in Telecommunications, Computers, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated results are typically associated with an individual who has a good understanding in a technical field
Desirable Skills:
  • IP & Transmission design/ implementation
  • Secure remote access solutions (IPsec, SSL, VPN)
  • Implementation of virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM)
  • Administration of Windows and Linux OS
  • Experience in complex project integration, including interface definition
