Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fashion Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating stunning and intricate designs that bring traditional Indian craftsmanship to life.

In this role, you will work closely with our creative team to develop and implement new product lines, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and style. You will be responsible for designing and developing new products from concept to completion, including silhouette and construction, pattern making, embroidery design, digital and foil prints, and trend analysis and research.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • At least 9 years of experience in designing women's Indian clothing
  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in fashion design or a related field
  • Strong expertise in silhouette design, garment construction, and pattern making
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and MS Office
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi
