Job Overview:
Position Name: Partner Lead, Role Type: Individual Contributor

About National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN):
Mission: Accelerating economic development in emerging economies through high-value job creation
Objectives: Enabling the creation of 10M jobs and placement of 25M by 2030 across 20-25 emerging economies

Role Description:
Role Context: This role requires understanding emerging requirements in the job market that are in demand across various regions and domains, forging partnerships with Private Training Partners, Government Education vertical at state, and leveraging these partnerships to counsel, train, place and provide post-placement support to aspiring students, contributing to overall outcomes of NEN.

Key Responsibilities:
- Working towards signing up with identified states - MP, UP & Maharashtra

- Exploring partnerships, driving negotiations and ensuring MoU signup for Private Vocational Training Partners, state departments, DDUGKY, State Skill Missions, Foundations/NGOs

- Defining pilot, conducting train-the-trainers and launching pilot batch with support from Deployment team

- Carrying out third-party impact assessment to scale programs

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8 to 13 years of experience working with Skill Ecosystem Government-related projects, with at least 4 to 7 years in the training domain

- Good connections with state government officials

- Strong communication skills and high EQ

- Strategic/Innovative Thinker

- Awareness about latest trends in job market

- Cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

- Problem solver with hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves can-do attitude

- Updated with the latest methodologies, and research within edTech and training domain

- Open to travel across India and work closely on the ground with different teams
