The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end support of the policy lifecycle services, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion of activities. They will participate in strategic review meetings with executives and handlers, providing valuable insights and expertise.

In this role, you will support a team of 4-6 Account Handlers at the branch, taking proactive measures to initiate pre-renewal and post-renewal activities promptly. You will also monitor and follow up on triggered activities, ensuring their accuracy and timely completion.

A key aspect of this position is handling queries effectively, minimizing re-work at the service center. The successful candidate will collaborate with the branch to identify activities that can be offshored to the service center, optimizing processes and improving efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as insurance domain knowledge. If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for process excellence, we encourage you to apply.
