Cloud Computing Professional

We are seeking an experienced cloud computing professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain complex AWS environments using the AWS Management Console, Amazon CloudWatch, and AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Integrate microservices using AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, and Amazon API Gateway
  • Build conversational interfaces using Amazon Lex and integrate with AWS Lambda for backend logic
  • Analyze customer conversations with machine learning using AWS Contact Lens and Amazon Comprehend
  • Process real-time data streaming using Amazon Kinesis Data Streams and AWS Lambda

Secondary Skills:

  • Knowledge of Avaya CC, Genesys Cloud Contact Center, NICE, and Oracle Acme SBC Gateway Management
  • Familiarity with voice call detail recording, IPT end point devices support, and basic & advance configuration

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in AWS administration
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing, security, and networking
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
