U.S. Tax Associate Job Description

This role presents a unique opportunity to acquire international experience while working closely with U.S. professionals from the comfort of your home in India.

The position involves preparing U.S. tax forms, supporting ongoing compliance tasks including bookkeeping and payroll tax filings, and collaborating with U.S.-based teams via cloud-based tools, email, and video calls.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a solid grasp of core accounting and taxation principles, excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, and a willingness and ability to learn U.S. tax systems and procedures.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary, paid monthly in INR, equivalent to $8,500 USD/year, depending on exchange rates, and the opportunity to work directly with U.S. CPAs in boutique and midsize firms.

  • This is an entry-level role for CA Inter-qualified candidates (via direct entry route) looking to gain international experience and long-term career development opportunities.
