Effective project planning and execution are crucial for businesses seeking to optimize their operations and achieve strategic goals. We seek a highly skilled SAP Project System (PS) consultant to lead our A04 project forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing end-to-end SAP PS solutions, supporting project planning and execution.
  • He/she will gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications that meet our needs.
  • Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Networks, Activities, Milestones, and Cost Planning will be configured by the ideal candidate.
  • Project budgeting and availability control mechanisms will be set up by this individual.
  • Support for project billing, settlement, and integration with SD, MM, and FI/CO modules will be provided.
  • Project scheduling, resource planning, and time confirmations will also be conducted.
  • Unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support will be given.
  • Training documents will be prepared, and end-user training will be delivered.
  • Post-go-live support will also be provided.
  • Cross-functional teams will be coordinated with to ensure timely project delivery.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Hands-on experience in SAP PS module configuration is essential.
  • A strong understanding of WBS elements, network planning, and project budgeting is necessary.
  • Integration knowledge with FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP is required.
  • Experience in project cost planning, commitment management, and settlement processes is vital.
  • Knowledge of project versioning, milestones, and progress analysis is also important.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA PS implementation is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps related to project systems is desirable.
  • Experience in capital project accounting or investment management scenarios is also beneficial.
  • SAP Certification in SAP PS module is a plus.
  • Domain knowledge in engineering, construction, or manufacturing is advantageous.
