We are seeking a talented professional to lead our high-intensity group training, functional strength development, and mobility sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and executing Strength & Conditioning sessions with a focus on proper form, technique, and safe training practices.
  • Develop and implement Mobility & Recovery programs focusing on corrective exercise.
  • Conduct daily member consultations for assessments, progress tracking, and injury-prevention strategies.
  • Schedule and facilitate training blocks (stability → strength → power).
  • Collaborate with members to build consistency, confidence, and functional performance.
  • Analyze training logs and provide structured feedback on member progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A recognised Strength & Conditioning certification such as NSCA-CSCS, NASM, ISSA, ACE (S&C specialisation), or CrossFit Level 1+ is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 18 months of coaching experience in strength training, functional fitness, or performance training is required.
  • A strong understanding of corrective exercise, injury-prevention techniques, and mobility training is essential.
  • The ability to coach in a holistic, form-first approach is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • A passion for training individuals for performance-driven outcomes is a must.
  • A team-player mindset — open to learning, collaborating, and working under a senior coach.
