Architectural Visualizer Role:

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Visualizer to create high-quality 3D visualizations that bring our architectural concepts to life.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their skills and creativity in creating photorealistic interior/exterior renders, walkthroughs, 360° visuals, and presentation material.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed 3D models of buildings and spaces using software such as 3ds Max and SketchUp.
  • Develop visually appealing and informative visualizations that effectively communicate design intent.
  • Work closely with architects to understand design requirements and ensure consistency throughout the project.
  • Optimize scenes for lighting, texture, and composition to achieve the desired aesthetic.
Requirements:
  • A strong portfolio of architectural visualization work showcasing your skills and creativity.
  • Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Enscape, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
  • Experience with AutoCAD is a plus, but not required.
  • An attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines is essential.
