Business Continuity Manager

Voya India is a leading technology and business process transformation company providing world-class services with an emphasis on quality, speed, and optimization.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective management of Business Continuity plans, data administration, and crisis communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent facilitation abilities, and experience in managing diverse projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Associate Group Manager Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery to develop and maintain Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plans. This position demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet aggressive deadlines while maintaining effectiveness under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data administration of Business Continuity plans in Archer/Riskonnect.
  • Collaborate with support functions to update headcount in Emergency Notification System.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather geographic locations to monitor global workforce concentration.
  • Support Enterprise Business Resilience Program with data governance and scheduled reports.
  • Contribute to Business Resilience Office by partnering with business functions to develop and maintain Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain effectiveness under pressure and aggressive time constraints.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially related to facilitation, documentation, and reporting.
