Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage IT infrastructure, applications, hardware definition, and refreshments within the organization.
  2. Work from the factory grounds of Krones Machinery India in Vemagal Industrial Area, Kolar, Karnataka.
  3. Perform tasks and instructions given by the Managing Director of Krones Machinery India, aligned with Krones Group IT guidelines and policies.
  4. Oversee IT and digitalization functions, including personnel and budgetary management.
  5. Provide IT support, guide IT Support Specialists, and resolve IT issues.
Technical Requirements:
  1. Plan and manage the annual IT infrastructure CAPEX/OPEX budget.
  2. Operate, monitor, and develop SAP S4/HANA systems.
  3. Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes for the subsidiary, in line with Krones Group guidelines.
  4. Roll out global IT initiatives, aligned with the Global IT team.
  5. Manage purchasing, installation, and rollout processes in subsidiaries for IT hardware, in alignment with global guidelines.
  6. Responsible for technical requirements for purchasing and service contracts for IT infrastructure.
  7. Manage local IT infrastructure to ensure operational performance, availability, security, and continuity.
  8. Propose and coordinate deployment and maintenance of IT Hardware and Network solutions.
  9. Monitor performance of IT infrastructure and networks, and make recommendations for improvements as required.
  10. Analyze business requirements by partnering with stakeholders across the organization to define IT infrastructure requirements.
  11. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT and act as IT support lead for the assigned organization.
  12. Adapt and integrate Krones Group IT guidelines and policies into the region.
  13. Serve as a liaison between subsidiary business units and group business units and technical IT teams.
  14. Responsible for local/regional technical operations of IT solutions.
  15. Act as a local IT Security Manager by completing system audits and assessments, building awareness around information technology security and protection, and implementing IT risk mitigation measures.
  16. Manage IT-related incidents, service requests, and changes. Provide guidance and support to IT Support specialists.
  17. Define and manage Disaster Recovery (DR) plans and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
