The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Owning and driving execution of the business-analytics roadmap requires techno-functional consulting & stakeholder management capabilities in collaboration with data science & engineering SMEs and teams.
  • Leading client workshops involves articulating broad visions and ambiguous business problems to be solved through data science and AI.
  • Defining business problems concisely, consolidating findings, and hypothesizing proposed solutions requires measuring and articulating how solutions and results improve clients' objectives.
  • Liaising independently with customers and presenting solutions convincingly in an unstructured and ever-changing client environment demands being able to question the customer when required.
  • This role combines hands-on contribution, customer engagement, and team management.
  • Contributing to organization building involves training, mentoring, and developing repeatable analytic approaches.

Mandated Profile:

  • Business consulting experience, especially around FP&A, Zero Base Budgeting, and related finance themes.
  • Proven exceptional problem-solving analytical skills with an ability to blend creativity and logical thought to innovatively think through a problem and develop solutions.
  • Ability to develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis.
  • Experience in strategy and business/technology consulting roles conversant with process improvement, cost optimization, customer analytics, and experience management, architecture assessments.
  • Demonstrated sustained client relations management experience at a C-suite/leadership or senior management level in the industry role.

  • Understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms applications.
