Video Lead Job Description

This role involves overseeing all video advertisements and performance-driven content across platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual storytelling and be able to shape the creative direction of our video content.

The Video Lead will be responsible for producing high-impact video ads, leading a team of production professionals, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine video concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
  • Organize and manage the production process, including casting, location scouting, scheduling, and equipment procurement.
  • Hire, lead, and collaborate with a team of videographers, editors, sound engineers, and other production professionals.
  • Oversee video shoots, ensuring the creative vision is executed effectively.
  • Supervise the editing process, including video and audio editing, color correction, and visual effects.
  • Review and approve video drafts at various stages, providing feedback and revisions as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in video production and project management, with a focus on ads, digital marketing, or content marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of video production techniques, equipment, and software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
