Software Solutions Expertise Manager

About the Role:

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide top-notch technical support and assistance to clients and client-facing employees. This requires a thorough understanding of incident management processes and exceptional communication skills to deliver timely status updates on issue resolution.

To achieve this, you will need to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Your role also involves monitoring application alerts, providing proactive services, and collaborating with design and development teams to resolve complex system issues.

In addition, you will be responsible for documenting troubleshooting guides and FAQs, as well as recommending ways to optimize business performance by presenting innovative solutions to existing challenges.


Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong background in .NET Core with expertise in C# and SQL database management
  • Proficient in Excel and data processing/analysis using Excel
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Knowledge of DevOps: Azure DevOps and Source Control: GIT
  • Superb written and oral communication skills
