Job Description
A Career Defining Role with Tata Consultancy Services
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced SAP Project Systems consultant to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). As an SAP Project Systems Implementation Expert, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP PS module for various clients across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure SAP PS module for new business requirements
- Develop Function Specifications for new developments
- Guide development team for desired developments
- Create documentation as various stages: Design Document (business blueprint), Functional Specification, Configuration Document, Test Scripts & Test Results, Training document, Standard Operating Procedure as applicable
- Build test script for unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing
- Test and record the test results for various stage of testing like Unit testing, Integration testing, Volume testing, User Acceptance Testing
- Catch and mentor team members
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a thorough knowledge of SAP PS module scope which involves all key features of Project Structuring, Time Scheduling, Cost Planning, Revenue Planning, Material Planning, Budgeting and Material Procurement etc. Developments in product execution and integration with various legacy systems. You should also have a good understanding of integration with Finance/HR (Time sheet, FI posting), Sales, Material Management, Production Planning, and other modules of SAP.
