Job Description

The role involves critical, complex and regulated tasks requiring interaction with internal and external parties.

  • Ensures timely processing of transactions within own area of responsibility.
  • Applies all internal and external policies to agreed Service Level Agreements and quality measures.
  • Builds relationships with clients for time-critical, complex or regulated tasks.
  • Provides input to product development ensuring a superior offering in response to client needs and market trends.
  • Escalates operational risks to line manager contributing to the development of mitigation solutions.
  • Works effectively within own team providing support and guidance to colleagues.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree 3+ years of experience working with data leadership and communication skills fluency in Microsoft Office suite required.
