Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned expert in SAP Ariba and ABAP CRM to lead our team's efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Ariba and be proficient in SAP ABAP CRM, with a strong track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME in SAP Ariba and ABAP CRM, driving innovation and excellence in our team's work.
  • Collaborate and manage teams to perform tasks efficiently, leveraging their skills and expertise.
  • Responsible for making strategic decisions that impact the team's success.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Provide solutions to problems for immediate and multiple teams, demonstrating expertise and leadership.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities, promoting growth and development.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features, meeting deadlines and expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SAP ABAP CRM, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong understanding of application development methodologies, including agile and waterfall approaches.
  • Experience with integration techniques and tools, ensuring seamless interactions between systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • Familiarity with database management and data modeling, ensuring accurate and efficient data processing.

Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP CRM, with a proven track record of success.
  • 15 years full-time education, with a strong foundation in business and technology.
