As a key member of our AI/ML engineering team, you will work closely with data scientists and other stakeholders to develop and deploy custom models and leverage pre-built models for specific claims management tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement machine learning algorithms to analyze and manage healthcare claims using cloud-based services. Additionally, you will collaborate with data scientists to preprocess and prepare data for training and evaluation, ensure compliance with healthcare data security and privacy regulations, and document technical solutions and create guidelines for future projects.
The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on B2B SaaS applications, and advanced proficiency in Python and BigQuery with expertise in libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras for deep learning and data processing. You should also have demonstrated expertise in Transfer Learning models, including hands-on experience with Hugging Face's Transformers library for fine-tuning models and GPT variants for complex NLP tasks. Additionally, you should be proficient in deploying SLI models on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and have a good understanding of healthcare systems and data formats with regulatory standards.
In addition to these technical requirements, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and text analytics, proficiency in LLM & Transfer Learning models like Hugging Face, knowledge of healthcare claims processing and EHR/EMR systems, and familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD in ML projects are also preferred.
Salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
