Agile PLM Technical Expert

Job Summary:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes through technical solutions.
• Develop and deploy Process Extensions using Java for Agile PLM 9.3.6, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
• Utilize the Agile SDK to customize workflows, events, and triggers, streamlining business operations.
• Conduct thorough unit testing and support functional testing to guarantee application stability and reliability.
• Facilitate data exchange and synchronization across enterprise systems, including SAP, Visual, and Enovia.
• Document technical specifications for customizations and integrations, fostering transparent communication.
• Provide ongoing support for Agile PLM applications, troubleshooting issues efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain and review Agile ACS code and SDK-based customizations to ensure alignment with evolving business needs.
• Create event scripts and Groovy scripts for workflow automation, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
• Customize Agile Web Client UI to improve usability, meeting user experience expectations.
• Work collaboratively with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring accurate project delivery.
• Recompile and redeploy existing Process Extensions during version upgrades, minimizing disruptions.
• Ensure smooth deployment across development, staging, and production environments, maintaining a stable and scalable infrastructure.
• Employ Agile Import/Export tools, SDK, or direct database staging for bulk data loads or data updates, optimizing data management.
• Validate migrated data for completeness and integrity, guaranteeing high-quality results.
• Analyze and resolve application errors related to custom Process Extensions, integrations, or performance issues, promoting a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Perform log analysis for root cause investigation, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Optimize Process Extensions, queries, and scripts to minimize execution time, positively impacting performance.
• Assist in load testing for large-scale Agile PLM deployments, ensuring robustness and scalability.
• Maintain detailed documentation for all custom developments, integrations, and scripts, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Develop comprehensive deployment guides for moving code from Dev to QA to Production, streamlining the development lifecycle.
• Manage version control of all custom artifacts, ensuring traceability and consistency.
• Refactor or rebuild incompatible Process Extensions and web services, upholding application integrity and stability.
• Support regression testing for technical components, verifying application functionality and stability.
• Contribute to Tomcat server application development, expanding expertise in cutting-edge technologies.
