Job Summary:

Demand Planners are responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies to achieve sales goals and maintain profit margins.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop channel and category level inputs in sync with Supply plans
  • Achieve Topline and Trade Margin at a daily level across all channels
  • Maintain ROS levels for all Rebuy styles
  • Analyze and act on visibility funnel insights
  • Hold weekly review meetings with channel partners to discuss actual vs plan performance, along with Key Account Managers
  • Plan, execute, and optimize discounting on all channels during promotional events
