Storage Infrastructure Professional

We are seeking a skilled Storage Infrastructure Professional to join our team.

  • About the Role:
  • This is an opportunity to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and services. You will focus on developing, deploying, and maintaining highly available, scalable storage and container orchestration systems.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining distributed storage systems including Ceph, ZFS, and NFS for hybrid and cloud-native environments.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to storage, networking, and container orchestration systems.
  • Implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting for infrastructure using tools like Prometheus.
  • Collaborating with development and SRE teams to ensure seamless CI/CD and infrastructure reliability.
  • Participating in on-call rotation and incident response.
  • Documenting architectural decisions, standard operating procedures, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
  • Proficient with Ceph (RADOS, RBD, CephFS) and ZFS administration.
  • Solid experience managing NFS servers and performance tuning.
  • Preferred knowledge of Kubernetes internals, networking, and cluster lifecycle management.
  • Experience with container runtimes (Docker, containerd), Helm, etc.
  • Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience using the Rook-Ceph operator for Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of CSI storage drivers and volume provisioning in Kubernetes.
  • Certifications such as CKA, CKAD, or RHCSA are a plus.
