Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Integrations Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. As a key member of our HRIS/HRIT department, you will play a critical role in leading Workday Integrations configuration, day-to-day operations, and project tasks. Your strong technical and analytical skills, excellent documentation discipline, and process orientation will enable you to provide subject matter expertise on Workday Integrations build, troubleshooting, and monitoring tasks.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring Workday Integrations solutions to ensure all work streams are cohesive and cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated. You will partner with functional stakeholders, solutions architects, and subject matter experts as an understudy to the Workday Integrations Lead to understand pain points, prioritize requirements, and identify opportunities to improve processes and gain efficiencies. Additionally, you will coordinate priorities and programs via the Workday Integrations Lead with HCM, Security, Reporting, and Data Leads, manage deliverables on time, and support continuous improvement of the Workday Integration landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage strong integrations technical and analytical skills to configure and maintain Workday Integrations solutionsProvide subject matter expertise on Workday Integrations build, troubleshooting, and monitoring tasksCollaborate with cross-functional/business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify gaps and risks, suggest alternatives, and advise on design/configurationSupport BIRT report development needs across all Workday functional areasConduct Integration reviews and audits to ensure compliance under the Workday Integration Lead's guidanceServe as a subject matter expert and assist peer teams in mitigating risks and providing best practicesReview and manage various integration enhancements and change requestsCreate, document, and maintain proper internal controlsAutomate the monitoring of integration runs with effective error logging and tracing; effectively look into payroll emergencies and resolve themRequirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience with Workday Advanced Integrations
- 1+ years of experience with HCM systems
- 2+ years of experience working on global Workday Integrations projects
- 1+ years of experience with at least two of the Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Absences, Learning, Talent, and Performance Management
- Experience with direct Business Stakeholder facing engagements
- Knowledge of HR processes
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with experience in touch points with Payroll, General Ledger, IT, and other People technologies, as well as excellent consultative, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills, will be highly preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
