About the Role

We're seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Perfumery School Program. As a Perfumer Apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience in fragrance creation, working closely with our experienced mentors to develop your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of new fragrances and product development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the fragrance industry and market trends
  • Support key projects and initiatives to drive business growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field (e.g. chemistry, perfumery, fragrance science)
  • 0-1 years of industry experience (e.g. internships)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Action Oriented, Dealing with Ambiguity, Creativity, Customer Focus, and Learning on the Fly
