Project Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and methodical Project Manager/Requirements Analyst to collaborate with our team.

As a vital link between developers, project stakeholders, and users, you will document requirements and detailed technical specifications, ensuring seamless project execution.

Working fully remotely, you will shepherd projects through the full SDLC, fostering collaboration and driving successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document incoming project requests into detailed requirements and/or specifications.
  • Review requirements with stakeholders to gain consensus before development starts.
  • Work with the development team and stakeholders in managing scope, schedule, and quality of projects.
  • Collaborate on projects requiring integration between teams.
  • Showcase project deliverables to stakeholders.
  • Partner with lead engineers to ensure project expectations are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Related university degree or college diploma, or an acceptable equivalent of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience, with strong project management expertise.
  • Ability and willingness to work US hours, collaborating with US stakeholders.
  • Experience with content management systems and website user experience is required.
  • Strong organization and English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Self-starter with multitasking and project initiation abilities.
  • Data driven, including analytics for informed roadmaps.
  • Proficient in Atlassian Confluence and Jira.
