Job Title: Automation Test Development Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Automation Test Development Engineer. This is a challenging role that requires expertise in test program development and debugging.

  • Develop and migrate full test programs from source platforms to the target platform.
  • Utilize C# as the primary programming language for new test programs.
  • Analyze and adapt existing source code written in C++ and other languages.
  • Perform statistical data analysis using tools to ensure proper test program correlation.
  • Work with various device types, including op-amps, converters, and complex System-on-Chips (SOCs).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-7 years of industry experience in IC Test, or equivalent field.
  • Strong experience in semiconductor test engineering and practices.
  • Proficiency in C++/C# is essential.
  • Solid understanding of test program development and debugging.
  • Knowledge of basic statistical analysis for test correlation.
