Domain Trainee Role Overview

This position is focused on active participation to transition and stabilize client processes. You will be responsible for reviewing estimates of building material used for house repair work, ensuring accuracy and meeting industry guidelines and standards for repair.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Excellent knowledge of insurance/property claims processing
  • Entry of information related to personal details, provider details, invoice information etc.
  • Receiving and reviewing special instructions of building material used for house repair work based on standard construction practices and client requirements
  • Verifying file documentation to complete the review process
  • Responsible to understand and comprehend good customer service attitude to clearly articulate resolution
  • Reviewing repair estimates to ensure estimates are accurate and meet industry guidelines and standards for repair
  • Ensuring adjuster photos accurately depict damages associated in the adjuster estimate
  • Upon completion of review either recommending payment or documenting findings that need correction, deletion, or additions to the estimate
  • Preparing sketches by looking at provided property dimensions

Required skills and qualifications include:
