About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medicinal Chemist to join our team as a Lead Research Scientist in AI-Driven Therapeutics Development.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading research projects focused on the application of AI in small molecule design and optimization. This will involve collaborating closely with our computational chemists, biologists, and other stakeholders to develop novel approaches to hit identification and lead optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medicinal chemistry, pharmacokinetics, and computational drug discovery. You will also have experience with AI/ML tools in drug development, virtual screening, and cheminformatics.
