About the Opportunity:

This hybrid role involves working from the office on Tuesdays to Thursdays. The job requires immediate joining with 50% product management and 50% project management responsibilities. Effective communication and prioritization skills are essential for translating customer needs into product management requirements.

Job Description:

We seek a detail-oriented Partner Data Operations Specialist to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of partner data requests. This role involves close collaboration with business managers, engineers, and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of data feeds, resolve partner queries, and maintain secure data operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with business managers to resolve partner queries and ensure smooth data flow.
  • Manage end-to-end requests lifecycle from gathering requirements, working with engineering to prioritize work, and delivering it to the partner.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 3 years of experience in data operations, technical support, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with business managers and partners.
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
